Last year, former dream couple Ciara and Future made headlines bashing each other in the media and engaging in a nasty custody battle over their three-year-old son. Ciara even sued her baby daddy for defamation only to later drop the lawsuit in October. This weekend, a new chapter in their feud began. Ciara posted photos of her new family after Future showed up on the sidelines cheering for Atlanta at her husband Russell Wilson's NFL playoff game. Wilson's Seattle Seahawks eventually lost to the Atlanta Falcons 20-36, Saturday night.
Sunday, Ciara took to Instagram and posted two photos. The first with baby Future and the second with both her son and Russell Wilson, hand in hand, walking away inside the stadium's tunnel after the game. The latter is captioned "No Greater Blessing Than Having Family. We're Proud Of You @Dangerusswilson." Russell Wilson also posted a photo of himself and his pregnant wife captioned: "I will forever win bc I get to come home to you every night."
The playoff game was held at Georgia Dome. In an attempt to antagonize the Seahawks quarterback, Falcons fans had a petition going around requesting that Future sing the national anthem. Though their team won, their petition was unsuccessful.
What do you think? Was this all intentional or are we reading too much in Ciara, Future and Russell Wilson's actions?
