Depending on your vantage point, the '00s marked either a high-water or low-water mark of MTV programming. The channel had yet to descend into the reality television purgatory of 16 & Pregnant, Teen Mom, and their ilk. Instead, the developed shows that emphasized colorful celebrity personalities and the fallibility of man.
We've put together a poll to determine the king of '00s MTV. With a special shoutout to Room Raiders, Date My Mom, Parental Control, My Super Sweet 16 and Next, we've narrowed it down to the following eight:

- Jackass (2000-02)
- Making the Band (2000-09)
- Punk’d (2003-07)
- Pimp My Ride (2004-07)
- Wild’n Out (2005-07)
- Yo Momma (2006-07)
