Southern Rap has been dominating the game for sometime now and it doesn't appear the genre is going to ease up anytime soon. Just a few weeks ago, Rae Sremmurd nabbed their first ever No. 1 spot on the charts with their hit track "Black Beatles."
Now its Migos turn to put on for the South as they score their highest appearance on the charts with "Bad and Boujee" at the No. 2 spot this week. The track jumped from the No. 13 spot all the way through the top 10, largely due to the help of insane numbers from streaming platforms like Apple Music, Spotify and Youtube.
Who is at the No. 1 spot you ask? None other than the SremmLife captains and their anthem "Black Beatles." For Migos though, this is a huge milestone as their highest previous appearance was at No. 69 with "Fight Night."
There couldn't have been any better possible timing for this considering the group just released visuals for "Call Casting" and shared details for their upcoming project Culture.
Here's to toasting a huge year for the Migos in 2017.
