A jewelry company is reportedly suing T.I. for items that were stolen from his mansion.

T.I. risks having many court dates next year. The "Rubber Band Man" rapper, whose wife just filed for divorce, is battling a jewelry company who is suing him for $700,000 in stolen jewels.

Jewelry merchant Aydin & Co. contends that Tip failed to pay for the items and filed a lawsuit against him back in January. Following a March 2016 heist at his Georgia mansion, they sued again last month, asking a judge to force the celebrity to pay them with the insurance money he received for the stolen articles.

Coincidentally, the jewelry the thieves robbed were the same Aydin & Co. sued Tip for, according to The BoomBox. So, the jewels just vanished.

The items included a 48-karat diamond chain, two $10,000 custom-made dog tags, $9,500 diamond hoop earrings, a $3,800 “Majorly Loved” pendant, a $30,000 blue diamond watch, a $24,500 women’s diamond bracelet and a $13,500 men’s wedding band. Also listed were seven custom-made diamond pendants valued at $145,000, and $40,000 in “assorted women’s jewelry.”

Tuesday, T.I. filed court documents in his response.

He argues the jewelers have no proof the jewelry stolen in the burglary is the same in question in the lawsuit. He claims owes them nothing and that the allegations are null and void based on statutes of limitations.
