The NBA just announced new changes that include a hotline for players to criticize refs.

NBA president Adam Silver just announced changes that will be instituted in the league's new collective agreement ratified last week by NBA players and the NBA Board of Governors. The changes include a more democratic approach for the players to negotiate rulebook changes, player dress code, political statements, and criticizing officials.

After games, players will have access to a hotline to criticize refs for missed calls or bad judgment. They'll also be able to call out refs whom they feel were out of line verbally. The hotline grumblings will be assessed in monthly reviews that will allow players a regular outlet to criticize officials whom they believe make unfair calls and single out certain individuals.

The new agreement will take effect on July 1, 2017 and run through the 2023-24 season. Who do you think will ring the hotline most often?
