Kim and Kanye have entered couple's therapy with the aim of healing upon the recent traumas they've each suffered.

Times have been hard for Kanye, Kim, and really the whole Kardashian clan. In the midst of rumors of separation and even divorce, it now appears that Kimye is staying strong for the holidays. They have reportedly begun couple's counseling, according to a report from DailyMail, with the shared intent of pulling together for their kids, three-year-old North and one-year-old Saint.

Kim and Kanye have each suffered their own personal traumas recently. Kim was the target of a violent robbery in Paris in early October, and toward the end of last month, Kanye experienced a mental breakdown that caused him to be hospitalized for nine days. On Sunday night, the couple made its first public appearance since Kanye's hospitalization, as they were spotted on a dinner date in Santa Monica

Also this weekend, Kim and Kanye had a "heart-to-heart" that led them to seek out couple's counseling, according to a friend of the couple's. The idea seems to have been initiated by Kim, as she deeply feared for their marriage following Kanye's mental collapse.

"She [Kim] wants them to get therapy, counseling and for them to get through this together," explains the source. "Right now, they’re both individually recovering -- her from a traumatic experience and him from going crazy."

"They're actually doing better," the insider continued, "Kim is so in love with him and love can be blinding sometimes -- she just adores him and the family loves him as well."

To add more drama to their lives, the Kardashians have been placed under increased scrutiny this week due to the Rob and Chyna debacle that ensued this past weekend. The whole family has pledged to make it through the remainder of 2016 without any more of their struggles reaching the headlines, says the insider. "They all came together and just said, let's make it through the holidays without another scandal."
