Nike has officially announced a new deal with soccer superstar Cristiano Ronaldo and although the specifics have yet to be announced, it appears as though Nike is giving Ronaldo a similar lifetime contract to that which they gave LeBron James.
Speaking about his new Nike deal, Ronaldo says, "I look at this new contract for life" so one would be right to assume The Swoosh blessed him with a contract much like LBJ's.
TMZ adds fuel to the "lifetime deal" fire by claiming that the new contract is "very similar" to LeBron's lifetime deal worth a reported $1 billion.
In addition to his Nike contract extension, Ronaldo has also inked a new deal with Real Madrid which will keep him with the club through 2021, just in case you forgot why it's pretty good to be Cristiano Ronaldo.
