Mac Miller's "The Divine Feminine" makes a #2 debut on the Billboard 200.

Mac Miller's new album, The Divine Feminine, took Mac's sound in a pointedly new direction, something which he spoke on pretty heavily leading up to the album's release. Although he knew some might consider it a risk, it looks like the risk has paid off, as the rapper makes a very strong Billboard 200 debut.

The Divine Feminine enters the charts at #2, after moving 48,000 unit, of which 32,000 are physical copies. Each of Mac Miller's full length albums have debuted within the Billboard 200's top 5, although his last album, GO:OD AM, had the lowest entry at #4 (despite moving 87,000 units).

Usher also makes his Billboard 200 with his new album, Hard II Love, and he's coming slightly below Mac at #5 after moving 38,000 copies.
