Apparently there has been tension between A$AP Mob members and Quality Control's biggest hustler, Rich The Kid. It's unclear where this drama stemmed from, but Page Six reports of a fight breaking out backstage during New York Fashion Week, involving A$AP artists and Rich.
The crew and opposing rapper share a few mutual friends-- namely, both parties have been linked with Ian Connor, and Rich The Kid has collaborated with Playboi Carti (a Mob affiliate who just signed to Interscope, so says Rocky). We'll have to wait and see if more information on beef between the two camps surfaces. Whatever the case, NY Post claims that during Alexander Wang's show, "a full-on fight" broke out between Mob members-- they do not specify which Mob members in the article-- and Rich The Kid. An unnamed source claims, "There was pushing and shoving and punches were thrown. Security broke it up and everyone dispersed."
Madonna, Nicki Minaj, Will.I.Am and Zoë Kravitz were also in attendance at the Alexander Wang event. We'll update you if more details on the reported altercation arrive.
