Westbrook isn't going anywhere.

Russell Westbrook has reportedly agreed to a contract extension with the Oklahoma City Thunder, and is expected to sign the new 3-year $85 million max contract renegotiation today in Oklahoma City.

The five-time All Star was set to become an unrestricted free agent after the upcoming season, but will now be locked in through the 2018 season with a player option for the 2018-19 year.

With Westbrook officially staying put, OKC can now begin to focus on adding another superstar to play alongside their explosive point guard, with many believing their primary target to be Blake Griffin, who played his college ball in Oklahoma.

Now the NBA just needs to announce that Warriors @ Thunder will be the primetime game on Christmas Day.
