Chris Brown is facing another lawsuit stemming from the 1Oak club shooting back in 2014.

It appears Chris Brown is facing another lawsuit. According to TMZ, Chris is getting sued by Ginja Elms, a victim who was shot during Chris’ performance at 1Oak nightclub back in 2014 that also left Suge Knight shot.

Ginja believes the nightclub was well aware of Brown’s gang affiliation, and its security should have done a better job searching every person before they entered the venue. As a result, Ginja is suing Chris, 1Oak, & the evening’s host, Pia Mia, for over $750,000 in damages. In addition to physical injuries, Ginja claims there was a "disruption in his relationship with his wife” as well.

This lawsuit surfaces a month after Suge Knight filed almost the same thing against Breezy, 1Oak & Pia Mia after he was shot multiple times during the same club incident.

We’ll keep you posted if any more information or details come to light.
