It looks like Dr. Dre won’t face any charges stemming from this week’s road rage incident at his home where a man accused Dre of pulling a gun on him. Earlier today, TMZ reported that the LA’s District Attorney has already rejected & thrown out the case due to insufficient evidence.
If you missed it, Dr. Dre was searched by police on Monday after he and a man got into a heated altercation outside his home. The man called the cops & wanted them to make a citizens arrest after claiming Dre pulled a gun on him, however it appears to be all have been fabricated.
Cops apparently found no gun on Dr. Dre when searching him at his LA mansion. Dre’s camp says they’re not surprise by the case being thrown out because the whole thing was absolutely “ridiculous” from the beginning.
Dr. Dre can officially put this whole incident behind him now and move on.
