Some of you may have completely forgotten what a #2 pencil looks like but this Air Jordan 2 should refresh your memory.
The team at Pensole Footwear Design Academy used the archaic writing utensil as the inspiration behind this Air Jordan 2 and although it's an odd looking shoe you can't deny the fact that they nailed the design.
The metal colored piping and eyelets (in honor of the piece that holds the eraser), the wood themed midsole and the hot pink eraser-inspired inner lining are all perfectly executed. My palms are getting sweaty just looking at it and the thought of having to fill out a 150-question scantron.
It looks as though this "#2 Pencil" Air Jordan 2 is simply a one-off that we'll never see released, but we can still admire the concept and creation from afar.
