For the first time since December 2011, Brock Lesnar will be hopping in the octagon for a fight against mixed martial artist, and former professional kickboxer, Mark Hunt at UFC 200.
Without Conor McGregor on the card, Lesnar is exactly the type of name that Dana White needed to inject some life into the upcoming event.
The Beast Incarnate announced the news this morning on Sportscenter, claiming that he's been itching to get back into MMA ever since he retired in March of 2015.
"It was the hardest decision for me to make," Lesnar told ESPN's Hannah Storm. "That decision has haunted me for the last 15 months. I figured I couldn't live like that for the rest of my life. I'm a big believer in living out your dreams and facing your fears."
Lesnar is still under contract with the WWE and has said that he'll be appearing at SummerSlam, though he hasn't appeared on tv since he beat Dean Ambrose in a street fight at Wrestlemania 32 on April 3rd.
As he put it himself...
