Rick Ross attended the White House last Friday to discuss criminal justice reform and keep the youth of America "on the right track" as a part of President Barack Obama's "My Brother's Keeper" initiative. Rozay and Obama were joined by such distinguished hip hop artists as Chance The Rapper, Nicki Minaj, J. Cole, Common, Ludacris, Wale, Pusha T, Busta Rhymes, DJ Khaled and Timbaland, whom Obama hoped could help him relay his message to the country's young people.
According to TMZ, Ross' ankle monitor, which has a habit of beeping at random, went off during his meeting at the White House. Ross is required to wear the monitor while his assault and kidnapping case is pending. Clearly he is not letting the monitor dictate his life. He even compared ankle monitors last month with Meek Mill, who is currently doing a 90-day house arrest bid in Philly.
