It appears that Killer Mike and El-P have been holed up in the studio these past few weeks, smoking copious amounts of reefer and putting a major dent into their massively anticipated album Run The Jewels 3. They made such great progress that El-P believes a 2016 release is within reach.
"Pleased to report #RTJ3 is halfway done, the goal of a 2016 release is achievable and a safer, more profitable global economy in our grasp," he wrote on Twitter Monday morning.
Killer Mike shared a snippet from the RTJ3 sessions on Instagram last month. El-P shared another snippet last week. Check that out as well as his tweets of good tidings below.
