A leap year edition of top tracks.

We got an extra day of February this year, and while there aren't quite as many brand new tracks on that week's top ten list as the one that preceded it, we still got over 50% turnover. This most recent Friday saw the release of two pretty big-deal projects, 2 Chainz and Lil Wayne's Collegrove (billed only as a 2 Chainz album so that it could be released on Def Jam without breaking Lil Wayne's Cash Money contract) and Kendrick Lamar's untitled unmastered, a briefer, quite different beast than To Pimp A Butterfly (Pimp pimp hooray! indeed). Only one track from both of those releases made this top ten, but unsurprisingly it did grab the top spot.

Elsewhere, two Wavy Wednesday songs made the cut, one a freestyle and the other what's most likely an outtake from one of the year's most anticipated albums. Tory Lanez pops up twice, a diss record elevates somebody who's rarely seen the light of day on top tracks, and two Kanye reworks make the cut. Check out the full thing below.

10. Rick Ross Feat. Kanye West & Rihanna - Famous (Remix)

Rozay's first freestyle since last Fall's Renzel Remixes proved very successful for the Maybach CEO, still attracting plenty of views this week even after being taken down from Audiomack. Ye said today that he's done releasing CDs, and he also seems to be fed up with unofficial leaks. In it's second week on our Top 100, the song dropped eight spots to number ten.

9. A$AP Rocky - Phantogram Freestyle (Snippet)

Back in 2012 I went to Big Boi's Vicious Lies & Dangerous Rumors release show, where both A$AP Rocky and indie duo Phantogram showed up to perform their guest appearances on the album. Although Phantogram clearly struck more of a chord with their future Big Grams collaborator, Rocky must be a fan as well, as he chose to remix their 2009 track "When I'm Small." Basically a trip-hop song, it was a perfect choice for Rocky. As a new entry on the Top 100, it debuted at number nine.

8. Tyler, The Creator - What The Fuck Right Now

Prior to last week, we knew that Tyler was a big fan of Kanye's "Freestyle 4," as he posted a few videos of himself wylin' out to the brief TLOP cut, but now we get his first official freestyle since OFWGKTA's Radical days. A$AP Rocky's along for the ride as a hypeman, and the accompanying in-studio video is a real treat for anyone else who shares my opinion that the "Oldie" video is one of the greatest pieces of art ever made. Another Top 100 new entry from the past week.

7. Troy Ave - Badass (Joey Bada$$ Diss)

Has Troy Ave ever made this list before? I'll need someone to fact-check that for me. But at just a 41% fan rating, his wildly offensive Joey Bada$$ diss kind of tells us all we need to know about his appeal at this point. If you want to hear someone being disrespectful to a troubled teenager who killed himself, be my guest.

6. Tory Lanez - Tim Duncan (Prod. By C-Sick)

Fargo Fridays are back in effect this year, and after giving us a remix two weeks ago (more on that in a second), T Lanez came through with a hard original last week. "Tim Duncan" pairs him with one of the most consistently underrated producers in the game, Chicago's C-Sick, who retains his seemingly boundless versatility by turning out a beat that sounds like nothing else he's ever made. The song begins charting at number six.

5. Tory Lanez - Uber Everywhere

Two in a row for Tory! His remix of MADEINTYO's hit is a little more adventurous than the other on this list (more on that in a second) as it subtly tweaks the original instrumental and finds Tory switching up his vocal approach a few times. The re-work moved up four spots this week to number five.

4. Travi$ Scott - Uber Everywhere (Remix)

Two "Uber Everywhere" remixes in a row! Travi$' version has now been on the list for three weeks straight, and with a CDQ dropping earlier today, it's very possible that we could be seeing that version climb to the top next week. I really hope y'all are listening to some other MADEINTYO/Private Club songs though, they're not to be slept on. The leak is moving down the Top 100, landing at number four.

3. A$AP Ferg Feat. Migos - Trap Anthem

When are we going to see Always Strive And Prosper? It was supposed to drop in February, but that clearly didn't happen. Ferg's latest word on the matter is that it'll drop "this Spring," so I'm guessing March, as long as he's (wisely) trying to get in before Views From The 6 completely dominates the conversation in April. "Trap Anthem" is relatively brief and inconsequential, so it probably won't make the cut, but it's still a very enjoyable appetizer, and it makes a pretty strong debut at number three.

2. Lil Wayne - Trouble (Mastered) (Prod. By StreetRunner)

This unearthed cut from Tha Carter III sessions continued to climb this week, rising from number four on last week's list. Did Wayne ever approach this level of rapping on Collegrove? Personally, I think there are moments on that project that top "Trouble," but I can still see the value and nostalgia in this one.

1. 2 Chainz & Lil Wayne - Gotta Lotta

I think my 14-year-old head would've exploded had you told me in 2006 that Lil Wayne would be interpolating "Scatman" on a track in ten years time. Though I've since outgrown that wildly annoying house track, "Gotta Lotta" is a blast, and not just for its infectious hook. Mannie Fresh supplies a classic beat, and as is the case with most of Collegrove, Tity Boi and Weezy F. trade bars with audible glee. The joint record debuted as the number one song on our Top 100 this past week.
