Then, Wayne and Birdman partied together on New Year's, and earlier today, Mannie Fresh put out a collab between himself, Lil Wayne, Juvenile, and even Baby, and damn, that 9th ward sound is alive and hot as ever.
While it's unclear if "Hate" is an official Cash Money release, the song is at least proof that the careers of the N.O. greats won't end in bad blood, and it's a reminder of how important the Cash Money label has been to hip-hop. Indeed, it has been the home to one of the greatest rosters in history, and though the Hot Boys and Big Tymers have been recognized for bringing the southern sound into the mainstream, each individual artist has his own special sauce and skillset.
