Here's one more glorious Twitter rant from Kanye West to end the weekend -- one that finally saw the release of his immensely anticipated album, The Life of Pablo. The album was only released on TIDAL, and thanks to The Life of Pablo, TIDAL is currently No. 1 on the app charts, as Kanye was keen to point out on Twitter.
After showcasing what he had done to help boost the sales of the TIDAL app, Kanye revealed that the Jay Z-helmed streaming service was also putting money behind his "scripted content ideas." He then moved on to the Grammys -- an award show with which he's experienced both great success as well as controversy.
Of course, The Life of Pablo is not eligible for the 58th Grammy Awards, which will take place tomorrow night (Feb. 15), but Kanye told his Twitter followers that he is already busy practicing his acceptance speech for Album of the Year at the 2017 Grammys. If The Life of Pablo doesn't receive the nomination of which Kanye feels it's deserving, then he will not attend the ceremony.
Though Kanye has won a total of 21 Grammys, he still believes the award show has failed to honor some of his most deserving projects. Tonight, he pointed out that neither My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy nor Watch the Throne won Album of the Year, for which they were both eligible, at the 2012 Grammys.
Even though he doesn't have as many as he feels he deserves, Kanye declared tonight that he will win over 100 Grammys before he leaves the earth.
