Great news for any Yeezy Boost fans, not so great news for any any sneaker resellers. According to SneakerNews, the Pirate Black Yeezy Boost 350 will be re-releasing in February. The shoe originally released in August of 2015, and over $3 million was spent on eBay alone re-selling them.
Adidas also confirmed that “double the amount” of pairs will be available this time around. It’s unclear how many released the first time, but any additional pairs are a welcome site for people trying to get their hands on the coveted sneaker. The new version may lack the navy blue stitching seen on the original Pirate Black Yeezy Boost 350s, but that is a very subtle difference and is unlikely to deter anyone from pursuing a pair (or 5).
The revised Yeezy Boost 350 will release on Friday, February 19, most likely through the adidas Confirmed iPhone and Android app. Retail price remains the same at $200 USD.
