The seizures and subsequent hospitalization Lil Wayne experienced in 2013 caused the rapper to rethink his health choices, telling Katie Couric that he would refrain from drinking the codeine and promethazine-fuelled cocktail known as lean following the scare.
As far as we know, he's made good on the promise since, but according to TMZ, sources close to Weezy have confirmed that the rapper has gone back to the purple drank over the last few months. Wayne is said to have been pretty open about his drug use since he dived back in, carrying his double cup with him regularly, and being photographed with it multiple times over the last few weeks.
The source claims Tunechi was also openly sippin' during his recent trip to Dubai, despite their very strict drug laws.
