Back in November, 50 Cent mentioned in an interview with DJ Whoo Kid that following the release of his Kanan Tape, fans should expect to hear another mixtape from the G-Unit leader. Well luckily for us, he’s still sticking to that plan.
Taking to his Instagram over the weekend, 50 Cent announced that Kanan Reloaded tape is indeed coming soon. While the news went quietly unnoticed on Sunday, 50 further confirmed the announcement by revealing what looks to be the project’s artwork on IG Tuesday night. His caption read, “I guess people don't like my show, it's to real maybe. Well who cares, I'll make it so big that no one cares about awards anymore. Hell I can give my self a damn trophy tomorrow. KANAN 😳💥🔫 I'm shooting everybody fuck it.”
As for when we can expect to hear the follow up to his critically acclaimed Kanan Tape remains unknown, but it should definitely be here before his long awaited Street King Immortal album.
Check out the announcement below, and while we wait further updates, revisit his latest short film for the Sonny Digital-produced record “I'm The Man,” which dropped just last week.
