G-Eazy is projected to outsell both Rick Ross and Kid Cudi.

We're only one day into the sales week, but we already have an idea of what the final numbers will be looking like. With Rick Ross, Kid Cudi, and G-Eazy going head-to-head, it was sure to be an interesting one, and looking at the estimations, it's should be a surprising turnout.

According to HDD, G-Eazy's When It's Dark Out will take the lead in rap sales this week, projected to sell 95-110k traditionally, and 115-130k with streams. Ross' Black Market follows with 50-55k (60-65k with streams), while Kid Cudi's Speedin' Bullet 2 Heaven trails at 17-20k (18-21k with streams).

With Cudder putting out an unapologetically experimental project, it was assumed he might take a dip in sales, but after selling 87,000 copies of his previous album, this is quite a setback. Meanwhile, Rozay has also lost some steam, as his Hood Billionaire album was able to move 74k last year.

Of course, these are just hypotheses, and things could certainly take a turn before next Friday. Check in next week for the final numbers.
