It looks like Post Malone is finally ready to release his first-ever project. At the beginning of the year, he told fans that his debut album was coming in March. That didn't happen, but last month, he revealed some artwork for not an album, but a mixtape. He's since shared a new track and video, "Go Flex," and last week, he shared the title of his upcoming tape: August 26. In giving it that title, he also revealed the release date of his debut album. As for the tape, according to Hypebeast, it's dropping today at 12 PM EST.
Yesterday (May 11), Malone set up a website for his new collection of apparel, which is also called "August 26." If you enter your email on the site, you'll be notified when the "August 26" clothing shop is officially open. Hypebeast has also revealed that the online store's opening will be today at noon, in conjunction with the release of August 26 the mixtape.
HNHH attended the August 26 listening session last week, and we heard a wide range of features on the record, including Justin Bieber, Jaden Smith, 2 Chainz, Trae tha Truth, Lil Yachty, Larry June, and Jeremih. If you wanna get a taste of what to expect before the tape (hopefully) drops in about nine hours, then read our takeaways from the August 26 listening sesh.
