This week turned out to be pretty big on the mixtape side, with Ty Dolla $ign, Big K.R.I.T., Jadakiss and Jeezy dropping free projects. However this week's Staff Picks playlist deviates from the big names for the most part, shining light on a bunch of up & comers. It's also not the -hardest- playlist ever, there's a lot of softer, r'n'b-leaning records until you get down towards the bottom. So this playlist make work better for chilling than turning up.
