Kanye West Reportedly Played His New Album "On Repeat" In Toronto

At some point, Theophilus London appointed himself the official spokesperson for Kanye West, as once again, he's delivering album updates on Twitter. The Vibes rapper revealed that Ye had been playing his album "on repeat" in Toronto.

We can assume that this went down following West's appearance at OVO fest earlier this week, probably soundtracking a Will Smith-helmed Meek roast at one point or another. We can also assume that the album is finished, but then again, London reported that Kanye played his album in Paris way back in September, only to deny its completion later on.

London later went on to claim that Travi$ Scott's Rodeo was "about to change the lives of the youth". Can we believe either of these reports? Check out his tweets below.
