Tyga dropped his latest album, The Gold Album: 18th Dynasty out of nowhere, opting to first make it available via a free Spotify stream. Later that same week the album became available on iTunes, but the first week sales failed to really impress, at a reported 2,200 copies.
T-Raww hopped on twitter after the album sales circulated to clarify that he gave no fucks, as he wasn't trying to sell the album in the first place due to all the label issues. That plan, however, reportedly isn't sitting well with Cash Money head honcho Birdman.
TMZ reports that Birdman did not approve of Tyga's roll out method, allegedly calling the move a "childish" stunt to get out of his deal and sign with Lil Wayne alone. However, Birdman is reportedly not counting The Gold Album towards his contract, and thus Tyga would still owe him one more album before he's a free man.
Birdman is reportedly planning to take Tyga to court on the matter. In related news, Birdman and Weezy recently clashed at Club LIV.
