In the wake of Chinx's tragic murder on Sunday morning, we've seen numerous members of the hip hop community mourn his passing, including his Coke Boys crewmate French Montana. Now, Chinx's former mentor, the incarcerated Max B, has called in from jail to speak on his fallen comrade. "We lost another young, inspiring brother," he said in audio acquired by Revolt. Especially after Stack Bundles was killed in a similar situation eight years ago, you gotta feel for Max B. On another note, police are now saying that Chinx and Stack's murders may be related.

"I don't know if people realize how close we was and shit. Like we all used to be in my crib, French, me, him... I'd be with Chinx every day, Chinx used to spend the night at my joint. We used to be making music and shit. People really don't hear us on songs together because at the time he used to come stay in my spot, I was on trial, so I was goin' through my own shit, I was stressed out, I wasn't really making no music when I had started trial. So that's the only reason people don't hear us on songs together."
