It was a relatively slow week in music, at least on the mainstream. If you were wondering what Rich Homie Quan's been up to post-Rich Gang, the ATL wild child returned with a new mixtape. Answer: He still goes in, and if you don't believe him, just ask Royal Rich, his one-year-old son. L.A. club kings Ty Dolla $ign and DJ Mustard surprised us by collaborating with the ever-consistent King Los on "Can't Fade Us," which currently sits atop our Top 100.
Outside of our self-contained world of hip-hop, the protests in Baltimore as well as the "fight of the century" probably took up most of your news feeds, so, as usual, we forgive you for sleeping on the lesser-known artists who brought their talents to the homepage. We hope to pay them their due in this edition of Underrated Audio.
