Naturally, it didn't take long for news of Kanye West and Kim Kardashian's engagement to break, and soon thereafter came video footage. For most, unsolicited video of a life event leaking onto the internet would be an invasion of privacy, but for Kimye, it was more than that; it was reality TV money draining quickly out of their pockets.
The man who leaked the video happened to be none other than YouTube co-founder, Chad Hurley, and while the proposed lawsuit didn't get off the ground in 2013, the couple may have a case, based on the strength of the argument Kim and Ye have put forth.
The 2nd District Court in Los Angeles has reportedly given the suit the green light after determining that the stars can win the case, which means Kimye could likely come out with yet another W over the footage.
