Is it desperation or gratitude? That's the main question we have once learning that Jay Z has been personally calling some random Tidal subscribers to thank them for using his service. Business Insider spoke to an executive within the company, who said that Jay, Jack White and other "high-profile musicians" have been calling up users.
The Tidal employee is quoted saying, "He called some of his fans and one of them made the funniest comment. He said 'This is the best customer service call I’ve ever received!'"
Would a one-on-one chat with Hova be enough to make you subscribe? Or are you holding out to see if So Help Me God will exclusively drop on Tidal before you make your decision?
