Suge Knight will stand trial for murder charges stemming from a January hit-and-run incident that left one dead and one injured. The ruling was made by Superior Court Judge Ronald Coen today, with much of the focus landing on a testimony from one of the victims, Cle "Bone" Sloan.
While Sloan initially gave an informative perspective on the event, his testimony on Monday was less cooperative, with Sloan suggesting "I will not be used to send Suge Knight to prison". Nevertheless, Knight will go to court, where he will be tried for murder and attempted murder. He faces life in prison if convicted.
The $25 million bail which Knight's lawyer contested a few weeks back has now been lowered to $10 million.
We'll keep you updated on the trial, which does not yet have a set date.
