Exactly a month ago, Beanie Sigel was shot in the torso following an altercation in Pleasantville, New Jersey, and he's been in the hospital ever since. Apart from an early report that the rapper was in "critical condition," we've been kept in the dark about his status, but thanks to his fellow former State Property member Neef Buck, we've got a bit of good news. According to Neef, Sigel's been released from the hospital.
Sharing the news via an Instagram post (below), Neef caught a shot of Sigel's back as he entered a van. There's no definite evidence that it's Sigel in the picture, as his face isn't visible, so we hope he's not playing with us.

[Update: Sigel Had A Lung Removed]
It appears that the news of Beanie Sigel being released from the hospital after sustaining a gunshot wound is true, and now we have some more to add to the story, thanks to TMZ. Apparently, Sigel had to have a lung removed, as "doctors just couldn't save the organ because it was riddled with fragments from a bullet." Living with one lung is possible, but it'll require Sigel to spend 90 days at the Bacharach Institute for Rehabilitation in Pomona, NJ. Get well soon, Beans!

[Update #2: Sigel's Lung Is Actually Still In Tact]
Despite earlier reports from TMZ saying that Beanie Sigel lost a lung following a shooting incident in New Jersey, a rep for the rapper has now confirmed that he does actually have both his lungs.
XXL spoke to Beanie Sigel's management, and they've confirmed that although Sigel's lung collapsed, the doctors reinflated. it, and so Sigel still has both his lungs.
