Birdman may not be able to brag about boolin' in the bondo on the next Rich Gang mixtape, as the Ivy Condo Association is attempting to take the space away from him. TMZ reports that the Cash Money mogul's checks have been bouncing, and he's accumulated $12,500 in unpaid fees for the home. As a result, the Association went to court in November, requesting to foreclose the condo by Christmas.
We haven't heard Birdman's side of the story, but as far as we know, he's still in possession of his Miami home. If you've been following the news, you'll know that this is the same space in which Keyshia Cole was arrested for assaulting a woman a few months back.
We'll keep you posted with any updates on the story.
