Jeremih been having a lot of trouble with the law lately. The Late Nights singer is still facing possible charges for an incident at a Fuddruckers a couple months back, and an unfortunate event today ended with him getting arrested at the Newark Airport in New Jersey.
According to a tweet from an NBC News reporter, Jeremih was late for his flight, and was trying to board the plane after the "jetway door" had already been locked. There's no mention of whether the singer was being particularly hostile in his attempt to make his flight, but either way his actions apparently called for an arrest, with "disorderly conduct and obstruction" being cited as the reasoning for bringing him into custody.
We'll update you on further details as they become available. View the tweets from NBC reps below.
