J. Cole protests along with New Yorkers against the grand jury decision to not indict an NYPD officer for killing Eric Garner.

J. Cole showed support following the death of Ferguson resident Mike Brown at the hands of police officer Darren Wilson. Now he's doing the same in light of the grand jury decision to not indict a NY police officer who choked Eric Garner to death.

The rapper stood alongside New Yorkers as they protested the grand jury decision, and a twitter user in attendance caught a pic of Cole as he walked along with the protestors.

Cole has been outspoken about these injustices in the past, releasing his song "Be Free" as a tribute to Mike Brown. The hip-hop community at large has also responded to the decision in the Eric Garner case, yet another injustice. Read some of hip-hop's reaction to the grand jury decision here.

Cole's new album 2014 Forest Hills Drive arrives on December 9th.
