It was a good week for Underrated Audio. See below for the awesome tracks from last week that didn't get played as much as they should.

Ab-Soul- SOPA Feat. ScHoolboy Q

With Kendrick Lamar blowing up and ScHoolboy Q next up, Ab-Soul is oft over-looked in the TDE camp (along with Jay Rock). Anyways, I think that will soon change when he drops his project Control System. Every song I've heard off it (albeit there haven't been many yet) has been so sick. It's expiremental, kind-of-conscious rap, as this single about SOPA proves. They keep things ignorant in a way so that you can still smoke/drink to the music, but it's not completely meaningless materialistic banter.

Masta Ace- Slow Down (Prod. MF DOOM)

This is dope, Masta Ace tells a story that could very well be true. The beat slows down as Ace gets drowsier and realizes what he thought would be a threesome is actually two girls stealing from him; and that is one of the illest parts of the song, because you feel yourself slow down as well, almost like you're experiencing it with him. This is off his album which will be produced entirely by MF DOOM, so hopefully more interesting stories from Ace and DOOM to come.

Killer Mike- Southern Fried

Killer Mike does the southern sound so well in this ode to the south, a single off his upcoming R.A.P. Music album, produced entirely by El-P. Dropping May 15th.

QuESt- What Greatness is Made of (The Recipe)

There havent been too many freestyles over the insane beat produced by Scoop DeVille and I'm glad about that because the worst thing is an over-used instrumental (i.e. "Cashin' Out"...please stop using it). However, QuESt does the beat justice with his freestyle, he uses his own flow and the lyrical prowess QuESt fans have come to know.

Chuck Inglish- Somebody That I Used To Know (Remix)

Chuck Inglish remixes Gotye's massive hit, while still keeping it true to the original song. He tones down the pop-sounds in the song, and makes it a little more grungy, still worthy of the replay button.
