Taylor J is a rising emcee out of St. Paul, Minnesota. He's a great storyteller who quickly lays down thought-provoking rhymes, though he's able to switch up his pacing and sing out a catchy hook when need be. Last month, he dropped a new mixtape, 1991, and, now, he's bringing us a remastered version of the tape, 1991 Reloaded, which includes 3 exclusive new tracks.
The now 16-track release is filled with Taylor's personal accounts of his hard come-up as well as his dreams for the future. There are no features on the tape and production is handled primarily by Christian Lou and Lexi Banks.
