Noelz Vedere is a new face when it comes to the rap game, but he's quickly making waves on the blogosphere with leaks off his debut effort, Bittersweet Victory. The first cut that caught our attention was the Freddie Gibbs-featured "Out Of Focus", which the two recently shot a music video for you can watch here. Since then, Noelz has leaked "Promised Land", and today he's dropped the full effort Bittersweet Victory.
