After releasing two new singles, Roy Wood$ sets a July release date for his next project, "Waking at Dawn."

Though Drake hogged much of the spotlight, as his OVO Sound mix consisted of two new collabs, one with Bieber and one with Gucci, as well as a new solo drop, "4PM in Calabasas," Roy Wood$ was the special guest on tonight's episode. He used the opportunity to increase the hype surrounding his upcoming project, Waking at Dawn, which he revealed will be released in July.

Wood$ played two Waking at Dawn tracks during his mix: his new dancehall single, "Gwan Big Up Urself," which dropped right before the show, as well as "How I Feel." The latter track was played during a March episode of OVO Sound but was also released as a single earlier today.

After Views, Drake told OVO fans that P3 was "up next," so before Wood$' Waking at Dawn, perhaps we'll get a new PartyNextDoor album. During OVO Sound, Oliver El-Khatib stated that Waking at Dawn would be a mixtape, though it's not exactly clear how the project will be released, especially considering OVO's close ties with Apple Music.
