Over the last couple of years, we've seen Mariah Carey, Britney Spears, and most recently, Jennifer Lopez sign on for hugely lucrative Vegas residencies, which will find the singers performing regularly at venues such as Plant Hollywood and Caesar's Palace.
Britney's latest 2-year deal was valued at $35 million, and that cash seems to have Chris Brown and Trey Songz looking to get in on the action.
According to TMZ, the duo are in the trial stages of landing a similar deal, but are only making 50k a show to perform six shows at Drai's (reportedly a $500,000 investment altogether). If things go well, they'll naturally get a big raise, but still probably not in the realm of the Britneys and Mariahs.
The first show is going down October 3rd with Brown. Chris and Trey are said to be alternating gigs.
