It's been less than three weeks since Migos' excellent mixtape, YRN 2, but the Atlanta trio has already announced that they have another one coming soon.
"Since Niggaz Droppin Tapez We Bout To Drop Another One Too Bitch!!" wrote Migos on Twitter. The tweet perhaps refers to the new projects from Young Thug (I'm Up) and Future (EVOL) -- the concurrent releases of which may have stirred up a little beef between the two Atlanta stars.
The tweet makes use of the hashtag "Fuk u Mean," though it's unclear if that's a potential mixtape title.
Though it hasn't received quite the amount of shine it deserves, YRN 2 is easily one of the hottest releases of the year. The tape showcased wonderfully varied production from the likes of Will-A-Fool, Wheezy, Zaytoven, and Dun Deal -- who produced one of the tape standouts, "WOA," that has just become Migos' newest single. The tape also finds Quavo, Migos, and the newly returned Offset each honing in on the types of flows that suit him best, which only makes the non-stop back and forths that much more exciting.
Hopefully whatever's coming next will be just as good.
