Ja Rule has been thinking a lot about the good ol' days, from rehashing his beef with 50 Cent, to planning a tour with Ashanti -- Rule is pretty conscious that early '00s rap nostalgia is at an all-time high.
Now that Straight Outta Compton has proved to be a major success, Rule has a new idea -- a drama series based on his own label, Murder Inc. Records.
In a new interview with Vibe, Ja revealed that he and Gotti are working on a new show based on the peak years of the the Inc. (the only label to get raided by the feds, as Ja tells it), and they already have Paramount backing.
They don't have a network just yet, but Ja is looking to get things going on Showtime or HBO, so he can make sure the series is "raw and uncut". Watch the interview below. Will you be tuning in?
