Kendrick Lamar and Florence & The Machine will headline Hyde Park 2016.

You may recall last year we found out that Eminem was reportedly banned from performing at the British Summer Time's Hyde Park event, because of his "offensive" lyrical content. He ended up performing at Wembley, making it the first time a rapper headlined the event. This year, Hyde Park seems to have found a more 'suitable' rapper, with Kendrick Lamar nabbing a co-headlining spot on the event.

Today Hyde Park has begun the line-up announcement for their July 2 2016 show, which include Florence & The Machine and Kendrick Lamar has headliners. Joining them will be Jamie xx and Blood Orange. Many more performers will be announced in the coming months, so stay tuned.
