Sounds familiar, right? Time to celebrate T.I.'s freedom again. The rapper was released from prison last week and sent to a halfway house, then quickly ganked out and thrown back into prison because he was allegedly travelling in a tour bus with unauthorized people and conducting business. This was against the rules and reason enough to return him to the cell.
Luckily, Tip's lawyers took care of the issue quickly, and he's been released from the Arkansas prison and placed back into the halfway house, where he'll be until September 29. After that, it's one year of probation.
T.I.'s lawyer, Steve Sadow, told TMZ, "We have good reason to believe that this favorable result was reached because of the proactive and assertive approach taken to protect T.I.'s rights by providing B.O.P. officials and the media with reliable and accurate information and that T.I. did not intend to violate his transfer furlough or any other B.O.P. rules en route from the prison facility in Arkansas to the halfway house in Atlanta."
