Two years ago, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West sued the co-founder of YouTube, Chad Hurley, for leaking footage of their lavish engagement through his new venture MixBit.
Hurley reportedly "manipulated" his way into AT&T Park in San Francisco, where the engagement took place, in front of Kanye and Kim's close friends and family. Although he had signed a confidentiality agreement, that didn't stop him from secretly filming the proposal and then leaking the video online-- he did receive a good fifteen minutes of fame, though.
The issue has finally been settled, and the lawsuit will be dismissed as long as Hurley forks over $440,000 within the next few days.
