Releasing the characteristically stacked tracklist last week, The Game is getting ready to release his highly anticipated studio album, The Documentary 2, but perhaps not until he settles some of his legal battles.
Page Six reports that a new lawsuit has been filed against the Compton rapper, taking him to task for a booked show he's consistently put off.
Game was apparently meant to perform at Middle East Restaurant and Nightclub in Cambridge, Mass. last April, but the organizers had a lot of trouble getting him to commit. After postponing multiple times, it's said that Game requested a $10,000 deposit in advance.
When the show was cancelled once outright, Game didn't return the cash, according to court papers.
As of yet, we're not sure how much the booking company, Universal Attractions, is looking for in compensation, but surely they want that 10k back at the very least. We'll keep you posted with any updates.
