When Nicki Minaj got her very own wax sculpture at the iconic Madame Tussaud's wax museum, she seemed pretty happy about it, Instagramming several pictures of the "Anaconda" video-derived figurine. Azealia Banks, on the other hand, fumed about it. Taking issue with the fact that Minaj was portrayed "bent over on all fours" and not "standing up with a mic in her hand," Banks also predicted that people would pose inappropriately with the sculpture:
Well, she was right. In a statement released by the museum yesterday (below), they address a photo, very similar to the one Banks imagined, that has been circulating around the internet. The establishment is now adding additional security to prevent other such pictures.
