Rich Homie Quan has one of the biggest rap songs in the country right now, so it only made sense that he was scheduled to perform his hit, "Flex" on the main stage at the BET Awards. However, when he arrived at the event, he was told that he'd been downgraded to headlining the small stage at the red carpet, and naturally, it had him feeling some type of way.
According to TMZ, Quan and his squad got into a shouting match with the BET team, but in the end they couldn't convince the network to let Rich Homie keep his televised performance. At that point, Quan decided to head right back to Atlanta.
Future was another listed performer who never made it out. Could he have been in a similar situation? If that's the case, BET really needs to get their priorities straight.
