If you've got a 2 Chainz fan in the family, you've probably already purchased one of his incredible "ugly Christmas sweaters," which feature weed leaves, Dabbin' santas, and of course the rapper's iconic double Cuban link logo. What you may not have known is that some of the proceeds are going to charity, the process of which the rapper began by giving some of his earnings to a family in Palmetto, Georgia this weekend.
Chainz visited Dierdre Plater, a disabled veteran, in her home on Saturday, bringing a local news crew along with him.
Plater spoke to the rapper about the struggles of raising children as a single parent, at which point Chainz offered to supply the home with new furniture and pay Plater's rent for a full year.
Watch the news clip below, and head here for more info on the rapper's line of sweaters. A purchase could mean helping another family in need.
